Eight years ago, as pioneers, we offered the KAN-BAN service on the Slovenian market. Since then, we have constantly upgraded the service with new techniques and technological progress, with the aim of always making our customers satisfied.
They say time is money. A well-organized company’s purchasing process brings exceptional savings in time and money, and our KAN-BAN system enables you to do this.

6 You are a more environmentally friendly company since the process has less paper documentation than in standard ordering.
The ordering process between companies usually takes place through traditional, time-consuming channels. Traditional channels are ordering by phone, e-mail, with the help of Excel tables, via filled-in forms, via fax or by personal visit.
When supplying via the KAN-BAN system, you don’t need to worry about the ordering process because we take care of everything. We keep a stock of the agreed items and make sure that the agreed quantity is always available to you. We adjust the amount of the minimum stock. We equip you with containers with inscriptions and your item numbers for greater transparency and an easier search for the item you need. We do all this in pre-arranged terms according to your wishes and needs.
FINISHING
With this service, we can process our screws at our subcontractors according to the wishes of the customer. We can add an application of glue (Precote, Dacromet) to the screws, which is suitable for high corrosion requirements, especially for thin layer thicknesses and are primarily used in the automotive industry, flake zinc, which is also used for higher resistance to corrosion, application of additional zinc coatings (microns) on fastening technique, screw processing, etc.
DACROMET®is an aqueous solution containing zinc, metallic aluminium powder and an inorganic compound. It is usually processed by dipping and centrifuging this aqueous solution, followed by heat treatment at a relatively high temperature, i.e. around 300 °C. In addition, zinc and metal oxide, which have a multi-layer structure, can alternatively protect the iron surface and thus act as a barrier against external corrosive factors and exhibit higher corrosion resistance.
Precote®® is an acrylate-based microencapsulated adhesive and is applied to screws, studs, nuts and other types of fasteners. The adhesive power remains inactive until the thread is adjusted, causing the microcapsules to break to initiate the hardening of the same and the subsequent attachment of the parts.
Types of PRECOTE®® It is available in two versions to cover the different coefficients of friction and temperature ranges to which the fasteners will be exposed. There is also a Precote® 5 self-sealing system (white).
Precote® 80 (red)starts to develop its strength at room temperature and reaches 100% after 24 hours of assembly. At 70 °C, the glue hardens entirely in 15 minutes. This product can be used continuously at temperatures up to 170ºC. Friction coefficient (0.25 – 0.28)
Precote® 85 (turquoise)) uses the same microencapsulation technology as Precote® 80 but has been developed to operate with a controlled coefficient of friction (0.10 – 0.15). These adhesives are of the chemical type and, unlike mechanical systems, cannot be reused after disassembly. . Use: In the automotive industry.
SERVICING
In our sales program, we also offer pneumatic, battery-powered and manual tools for blind rivets and rivet nuts in welding screws (pneumatic only). We also provide servicing for all these tools in case of a breakdown.
All tools have a one-year warranty. We also have all the spare parts the customer needs for the mentioned tools.

In April 2022, we upgraded our quality assurance by purchasing a top-of-the-line 3D laser profilometer, Keyence VR-6000.
Due to the desire for the best quality, we can make precise measurements and create 3D images and reports. This is also one of the newest services offered by our company.
The VR-6000 can be used in many different industries. Examples of products that can be analyzed using a surface profiler include medical devices, jet engine turbine blades for the aerospace sector, and valve assemblies in automotive industry. Using a 3D surface profilometer in these contexts means getting accurate material thickness measurements and flaw detection without the instrument ever contacting the object. Unlike conventional surface roughness profilometers, the parts can be rotated to scan surfaces that would otherwise be inaccessible. These features and capabilities make these devices ideal for gathering measurements and inspecting precision components such as batteries, circuit boards and stamped metal parts.
