Anyone with an email inbox and who agrees to the terms and conditions stated below can subscribe to free email notifications.
Signing up for e-notifications is voluntary and forms the basis for processing personal data in accordance with Article 10 and in connection with Article 72 of the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 94/2007 as amended; ZVOP—1) and Article 45a of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 98/04 as amended; ZVOP-2).
Content of e-notification
With free e-notifications, we inform you about the current activities for customers and visitors to the Matica MB d.o.o. website, such as sales campaigns, discounts, benefits, and news. The company Matica MB d.o.o is the sender of e-notifications and manager of personal data collection.
I agree that the company Matica MB d.o.o. may use my data for:
- Sending offers
- Sending e-newsletters by email
- Making a phone call

You receive e-notifications based on your voluntary application to receive e-notifications on websites, participation in the operator’s prize games or from any other legal addresses to which you have given your voluntary consent.
By signing up for e-notifications, the individual agrees that Matica MB d.o.o. processes personal data for targeted and direct marketing. The company Matica MB d.o.o. can process the registered email address until you withdraw your consent or when the data no longer serves its purpose. The company Matica MB d.o.o. will keep the obtained personal data carefully protected and use them in accordance with ZVOP-1, only for the purpose for which they were received, and will not pass them on to third parties. In accordance with ZVOP-1, you are guaranteed the rights to view, rewrite, copy, supplement, correct, block and delete personal data relating to you.
How to unsubscribe
In accordance with ZVOP-1, the individual has the right to request at any time in writing or in another agreed manner that the company Matica MB d.o.o. shall permanently or temporarily cease to use personal data for targeted and direct marketing, whereby the company Matica MB d.o.o. shall, within 15 days of receiving the notification, properly turn off the use of personal data for targeted and direct marketing and inform the individual about this in writing or in another agreed way within a further five days.
Instructions for unsubscribing via the received e-notification: In each e-notification, a “Settings” link is published in the message’s footer, where you can select the desired category. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving e-notifications, click on the “Unsubscribe” box and follow the unsubscribe procedure.

Your email address, to which you receive e-notifications, is stored and protected in accordance with ZVOP-1.
